Authenticated JavaScript execution via unescaped Discussion titles

Stored XSS in GitHub Enterprise Server 3.16 through 3.20 releases allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser. AnsweredQuestionStructuredDataComponent places an unescaped Q&A Discussion title into JSON-LD, letting the title terminate the script block. A Discussion comment must be marked as the answer and another user must view the page; a REST API JSONP callback bypasses the content security policy.
