Authenticated browser script execution via unencoded descriptions
Published Jun 2, 2026 · Updated Jun 2, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in FIT2CLOUD Cordys CRM 1.4.0 through 1.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a user's browser. ModuleFormService.save stores the Description field without validation or HTML encoding, and the form editor renders the saved markup. An authenticated user must submit crafted form-attribute content through /module/form/save, and another user must open the affected form editor.
