Authenticated SSRF via DNS rebinding race

SSRF in the URL component of IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.9.3 allows remote authenticated users to access internal network resources. The component calls validate_url_for_ssrf() before RecursiveUrlLoader performs a separate DNS resolution for requests.get(), allowing a rebound hostname to change from an approved address to a restricted one. Remote authenticated users who can run the URL component can send requests to restricted services and receive their responses; winning the DNS race is required.
