Administrator-session script execution via unsanitized form entries

Stored XSS in Basix NEX-Forms before 9.2.3 allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via submitted form data. The unauthenticated submit_nex_form AJAX action stores payload[] field values verbatim, and the Form Entries dashboard renders them without HTML sanitization or output escaping. A published form with a text field must exist, and a high-privilege user must open its stored entry; successful exploitation runs script in that user's WordPress session.
