Stored XSS via unencoded announcement content

Stored XSS in Cordys CRM 1.6.0 through 1.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in recipients' browsers. AnnouncementController.addAnnouncement stores the content parameter without validation or HTML encoding, and announcement views render the saved markup. Announcement-creation permission is required, and execution occurs only when a selected user previews or views the malicious announcement.
