JavaScript execution via crafted WebView URL parameter
Published Jun 2, 2026 · Updated Jun 2, 2026
Cross-site scripting in TECNO Mobile Transsion AI Assistant Lifestyle 1.3.0.002 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript. The GeniexWebView component processes a crafted web_action_data URL parameter without neutralizing executable script content before loading it in the WebView. Exploitation requires user interaction, after which script runs in the application's WebView context and can read or alter data exposed to that context.
