Database access via unauthenticated tenant name concatenation

SQL injection in Digital-Infrastructure 9.6.0 through 9.6.7 allows remote attackers to access database data via REST authentication. Y9PlatformUtil.getTenantByLoginName concatenates the user-controlled tenantShortName value into a SELECT statement and executes it through JdbcTemplate without a prepared parameter. The affected authenticate3, authenticate5, and v1/auth/authenticate3 routes require no prior authentication, exposing database confidentiality and integrity.
