Authenticated script execution via unescaped TicketID

Cross-site scripting in LigeroSmart 6.1.0 through 6.1.26 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via TicketID. The AgentTicketBulk action in /otrs/index.pl accepts closing and opening script tags in the multipart TicketID value instead of encoding them. A valid agent session and challenge token are required, and the affected content must be rendered in a browser; no service interruption is reported.
