Authenticated script execution via unescaped TicketID
Published Jan 17, 2026 · Updated Jan 17, 2026
Cross-site scripting in LigeroSmart 6.1.0 through 6.1.26 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an agent's browser. AgentTicketZoom renders a crafted TicketID containing closing and opening script markup without neutralizing it for the HTML response. An authenticated agent session and user interaction are required, limiting the consequence to data and actions available in that browser session.
