Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
Stored XSS in Omid Shamloo salavat counter Plugin 0.9.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary scripts. The image_url setting accepts attacker-controlled content without sufficient sanitization and renders it into a page without context-appropriate output escaping. Administrator-level access is required, and the stored script executes in each user's browser when the affected page is opened.
