Unauthenticated admin access via inverted password check

Improper authentication in Code Projects Hotel and Tourism Reservation 1.0 allows remote attackers to gain administrative access. The /admin/login.php handler calls login() only when password_verify reports that the submitted password does not match the stored hash. A valid administrator email address and any incorrect password open the dashboard, exposing user and reservation data and all administrative operations.
