Authenticated SSRF via protocol-relative job paths

Server-side request forgery in hekmon8 Jenkins Server MCP 0.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal hosts via jobPath. The affected handlers concatenate jobPath into Axios request paths; a leading slash creates a protocol-relative URL that replaces the configured Jenkins host. Access to MCP tool calls and server egress is required; successful requests can probe internal services or invoke state-changing endpoints.
