Unauthorized database access via unvalidated topic_id query

SQL injection in instructions.php in itsourcecode.com Content Management System in PHP 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access its database. The endpoint places the GET topic_id value into a MySQL query without adequate validation, enabling time-based blind and UNION-query payloads.
