Database query manipulation via unescaped role parameter
Published Jun 1, 2026 · Updated Jun 1, 2026
SQL injection in student_management_system_by_php 310d950e09013d5133c6b9210aff9444382d16d1 allows remote attackers to alter queries via role. add_user_check.php places the role POST value inside a quoted USERS INSERT string and submits it to mysqli_query without escaping or parameterization. No authentication or user interaction is required; resulting database access remains bounded by the application's database account and server configuration.
