Authenticated directory deletion via unsanitized skill name

Path traversal in AstrBot 4.23.6 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary directories through the skill deletion API. The /api/skills/delete handler passes the JSON name value into delete_skill to build a target path without normalization or a boundary check before recursive deletion. Dashboard credentials are required; deletion is limited by the AstrBot process's filesystem permissions and can cause data loss or a service interrupt.
