Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized ID parameter

SQL injection in SourceCodester Hospital's Patient Records Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database. The /classes/Users.php?f=save endpoint inserts the multipart id parameter directly into a SQL query without cleaning or validation. No authentication is required; a demonstrated boolean-based blind payload can read or alter database records and interrupt service.
