Database read and write via injectable album ID
Published May 31, 2026 · Updated May 31, 2026
SQL injection in Code Projects Online Music Site 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the album ID parameter. AdminEditAlbum.php inserts the GET id value directly into SQL queries without validation, escaping, or parameter binding, enabling boolean-, time-, and UNION-based injection. No login or authorization is required, and the demonstrated database disclosure can extend to data modification within the database account's permissions.
