Authenticated service crash via oversized TAC range list

Denial of service in Open5GS 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash a network function via an NF profile. The shared parser indexes a fixed TAC-range array from amfInfo.taiRangeList[*].tacRangeList until an assertion aborts the process. Reachability requires a registered or impersonated network function with a trusted SBI session; the affected consumer crashes, but confidentiality and integrity remain unaffected.
