CVE-2026-1010Network attack vector

Administrator privilege escalation via unsanitized workflow data

Published Jan 15, 2026 · Updated Jan 15, 2026

Stored XSS in Altium Enterprise Server 8.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript when administrators view workflow data. The Workflow Engine Part Request submit-form API stores workflow fields without server-side sanitization, causing injected scripts to render in an administrator's browser. Exploitation requires a regular account and an administrator to view the crafted workflow; the script can steal sessions, create administrators, or perform administrative actions.
