Service degradation via unbounded HTTP request buffering

Resource exhaustion in Shibby Tomato 1.28 miniupnpd allows remote attackers to consume router memory through LAN-side HTTP requests. Process_upnphttp repeatedly reallocates a heap-backed request buffer while collecting unterminated headers or a partial body declared by Content-Length, without enforcing a size ceiling. Reachability requires UPnP to be enabled on a selected LAN bridge; validated single-connection tests showed memory growth and service degradation, not a crash or memory corruption.
