Authenticated command execution via unsanitized route parameters
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
Command injection in TRENDnet TEW-432BRP 3.10B20 allows remote authenticated users to execute OS commands through its routing interface. The formSetRoute handler passes attacker-controlled ip, mask, and gateway values from /goform/formSetRoute to the operating system without neutralizing command syntax. Access to the router's web-management credentials is required, and injected commands run with the boa web server's device privileges.
