Browser script execution via stored privileged input
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in ITP Technology ITS Intelligent SCADA System 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in users' browsers. TWCERT/CC has not disclosed the affected input field or page, but reports that privileged input is stored and rendered without neutralizing embedded JavaScript. Privileged access is required to plant the payload, and another user must load the affected page; execution is limited to that user's browser context.
