Remote crash via sniffer AEAD length underflow

Integer underflow in the wolfSSL packet sniffer 5.8.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the host via malformed TLS records. In ssl_DecodePacket's AEAD path, the record length is reduced by the explicit IV and tag sizes without first checking that the record is long enough, wrapping the 16-bit value passed to decryption. Only builds with the disabled-by-default sniffer and AEAD support are exposed; successful exploitation causes a heap buffer overflow and process crash.
