Unauthenticated file read via Windows path bypass

Absolute path traversal in Usagi-org ai-goofish-monitor allows remote attackers to read files from Windows hosts without authentication. The GET /api/prompts/{filename} handler rejects only forward slashes and two-dot sequences, so os.path.join discards the prompts prefix when Windows receives an absolute path. Any network client that can reach the endpoint can disclose files readable by the application process; Linux and macOS path handling does not expose this bypass.
