Unauthenticated data exposure via unchecked REST endpoint

Missing authorization in EventKoi Lite 1.3.13.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to read unpublished event data through REST requests. The get_events handler returns draft, pending, and private event records without checking whether the requester can edit them. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed fields include meeting URLs, venue coordinates, map links, and RSVP settings.
