Process hang via unbounded certificate issuer traversal

Denial of service in glib-networking on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 through 10 allows remote attackers to hang a process via a cyclic chain. The GnuTLS backend links mutually accepted issuers into a cycle, and convert_certificate_chain_to_gnutls traverses those links without cycle detection or a depth bound. Reachability requires certificate verification through that backend; affected clients must connect to a malicious server, while exposed servers must verify attacker-supplied client certificates.
