Process-memory disclosure via uninitialized GPU data
Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026
Uninitialized use in Google Chrome for Android before 148.0.7778.216 allows remote attackers to read process memory via crafted HTML. The GPU component consumes uninitialized data, but Google has not published the affected routine or the data path that returns residual process-memory contents. Exploitation requires a user to open attacker-controlled HTML; the documented consequence is disclosure only, with no reported modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
