HTML injection in system-generated emails in Fortra GoAnywhere MFT before 7.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML. Fortra has not disclosed which email field or rendering path fails to neutralize attacker-controlled markup before placing it in an outgoing message. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a recipient who opens the generated email, enabling content spoofing and limited disclosure or modification in the recipient’s mail context.
