Stack-memory disclosure via terminal resize request

Buffer over-read in wolfSSHd 1.4.15 through 1.4.22 allows remote authenticated users to disclose stack memory via terminal resize requests. The Windows terminal-resize request handler reads past its stack buffer and sends adjacent bytes through the pseudo-console output. A valid SSH account and an established Windows wolfSSHd session are required; exposure is limited to adjacent process-stack contents.
