Unauthenticated service crashes via oversized Content-Length

NULL pointer dereference in the HTTP service of TP-Link Tapo C100 v5, C220 v1, and C520WS v2 allows remote attackers to crash it. An oversized Content-Length in a POST request causes memory allocation to fail, after which the service dereferences the resulting NULL pointer. Exploitation requires same-network access but no authentication; repeated requests cause automatic restarts and can keep the camera unavailable.
