Cross-user log deletion via unchecked entry ID
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
IDOR in WP ULike 4.8.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' log entries through the AJAX API. The wp_ulike_delete_history_api handler deletes the record selected by the id parameter without confirming that it belongs to the caller. Subscriber-level access is sufficient only when the role has the stats capability, and exploitation deletes engagement history without broader reported impact.
