Interpreter crash via unbounded HDF5 dataset allocation

Resource exhaustion in Keras 3.0.0 through 3.13.0 allows remote attackers to crash Python by supplying a crafted .keras archive. KerasFileEditor._extract_weights_from_store reads each HDF5 dataset with value[()] without first bounding its declared shape, causing h5py to allocate memory for attacker-controlled dimensions. Exploitation requires an application or pipeline to load an untrusted model archive; the resulting allocation exhausts memory and terminates the interpreter without reported data disclosure or modification.
