Local privilege escalation in GIGABYTE MacroHub 2.3.1 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM. The browser-launch function starts an external browser without dropping or adjusting MacroHub's NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM token. A standard Windows user with local access can use the SYSTEM-level browser to spawn a command prompt and take unrestricted control of the host.
