Authenticated command execution via getclock NTP injection

OS command injection in Merit LILIN DVR/NVR firmware allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands on affected devices. The /getclock CGI incorporates an attacker-controlled NTP host name into operating-system command handling without neutralizing command elements. Exploitation requires authentication, and the vendor identifies default credentials plus direct Internet exposure through a global IP address as the vulnerable deployment.
