CVE-2026-0826Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via ICE buffer overflow

Published Jun 1, 2026 · Updated Jun 1, 2026

Stack-based buffer overflow in HP Poly Trio 8300 before 8.1.7 and Trio 8500 and 8800 before 7.2.8 allows remote attackers to execute code. HP identifies the affected behavior only as a buffer overflow triggered when Interactive Connectivity Establishment processing is enabled; no public source names the parser, field, or faulty operation. An administrator must enable ICE; once enabled, remote attackers need no authentication or user interaction to execute code on the phone.
