Authenticated order tampering via unchecked signature upload

Missing authorization in RepairBuddy 4.1116 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to upload signatures to arbitrary orders. The wc_upload_and_save_signature_handler accepts an attacker-selected order identifier and saves submitted signature data without checking whether the caller can modify that order. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the resulting order-metadata changes can trigger unauthorized order-status transitions.
