Subscriber-level form-data disclosure via unchecked Excel export

Missing authorization in Advanced Contact form 7 DB 2.0.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to export form submissions. The vsz_cf7_export_to_excel function creates an Excel file from stored Contact Form 7 entries without checking the caller's WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to retrieve submitted form data; no ability to alter entries or interrupt the site is reported.
