Reflected XSS via unescaped sscf_name output

Reflected XSS in bitacre Super Simple Contact Form 1.6.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts via sscf_name. The plugin returns the sscf_name request value in the contact form's generated HTML without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Exploitation requires a victim to follow an attacker-crafted link or otherwise submit the crafted parameter, and the script executes in that victim's browser.
