Database compromise via concatenated id parameter
Published Jan 8, 2026 · Updated Jan 8, 2026
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Online Course Registration 3.0 and 3.1 allows remote authenticated users to alter database records. The admin/manage-students.php handler concatenates the id GET parameter directly into DELETE and UPDATE statements without validation or parameterization. Administrator access is required; crafted requests can delete all student records or reset all student passwords, while SQLMap can query the backend database.
