Unauthenticated web management crash via null dereference

Null pointer dereference in TOTOLINK WA1200-PoE 5.9c.2914 allows remote attackers to crash its management CGI via a crafted login request. After a backend connection failure, cstecgi.cgi passes a null response pointer to JSON parsing and field-access routines instead of validating it. An unauthenticated request is sufficient; repeated requests interrupt the management interface without reported data exposure or code execution.
