Memory disclosure or crash via frame bounds error

Out-of-bounds read in libsoup WebSocket processing on RHEL 7 through 10 allows remote attackers to disclose memory or crash applications. The SoupWebSocketConnection process_frame() function mishandles frame bounds when max_incoming_payload_size is explicitly set to 0 and reads past its allocated buffer. Exploitation requires a consuming application with that non-default unlimited-payload setting and a crafted frame from a network peer.
