CVE-2026-0714

eMMC data disclosure via cleartext TPM bus capture

Published Feb 5, 2026 · Updated Feb 5, 2026

Cleartext transmission in TPM-backed LUKS on Moxa UC-1200A Series 1.0 through 1.4 allows physically proximate attackers to read eMMC data. The discrete TPM sends disk-unlock material over an exposed SPI bus, allowing attached capture equipment to record it for offline LUKS decryption. Exploitation requires opening and possessing the device for extended signal capture and analysis; remote access cannot reach the flaw.
