Stored XSS in ConnectWise PSA before 2026.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser via Time Entry notes. The Time Entry Audit Trail renders certain stored note content without output encoding, causing embedded script code to be interpreted as page content. Exploitation requires a user to display the affected entry in the PSA web client or PSA Desktop, where code runs in that user's browser context.
