CVE-2026-0663Network attack vector

Service crash via malformed API input

Published Jan 21, 2026 · Updated Jan 21, 2026

Denial of service in M-Files Server before 26.1.15632.3 allows remote authenticated users with vault administrator privileges to crash the server. An undisclosed API endpoint fails to validate the syntactic correctness of input before processing it, but M-Files has not identified the endpoint or input format. Exploitation requires vault administrator privileges and terminates the M-Files Server process; no data read or modification is reported.
