Unauthenticated account takeover via password-change endpoint

Improper authentication in Rockwell Automation FLEX I/O adapters 2.012 allows remote attackers to change the web password via HTTP. The embedded web server's password-change endpoint processes a crafted GET request without verifying a session or prior authentication. Network access to the enabled web server is sufficient, enabling account takeover and interruption of the device web interface.
