Improper authentication in Roxnor MetForm 4.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read recent form submission data via shortcodes. The entry-access cookie check accepts a value derived only from the entry ID and current user ID, without authenticating it with a server-side secret. Exploitation requires guessing an entry created within the transient lifetime, which defaults to 15 minutes; the reported impact is disclosure only.
