CVE-2026-0620Network attack vector

VPN traffic disclosure via unenforced IPSec protection

Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026

Protection mechanism failure in TP-Link Archer AXE75 V1 before 1.5.1 Build 20251202 allows remote attackers to read VPN data in transit. The L2TP VPN module accepts L2TP sessions without applying IPSec protection even when IPSec is enabled, leaving session traffic unencrypted. The router must be configured as an L2TP/IPSec VPN server, and a client must establish the unprotected session; the reported consequence is confidentiality loss only.
