CVE-2026-0616Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal service disclosure via encoded-address SSRF

Published Jan 16, 2026 · Updated Jan 16, 2026

SSRF in The Librarian 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP service content via encoded private addresses. The web_fetch tool checks only obvious private destinations before Python resolution interprets hexadecimal, octal, or integer-form IPv4 input as an internal address. The published assessment requires no privileges or user interaction; demonstrated access includes cloud metadata, port responses, and internal administrative pages, not data modification or service interruption.
