Backend process disclosure via encoded address fetch

Information disclosure in The Librarian 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read backend process data through web_fetch. The web_fetch tool accepts encoded IPv4 forms that Python resolves to private addresses, bypassing its check and fetching internal supervisord consoles. No authentication or user interaction is required; the page exposes process names, states, PIDs, uptime, and log links, while confirmed impact is limited to system-information exposure.
