Authenticated internal service discovery via alternate-address SSRF

SSRF in the web_fetch tool in Librarian, Inc. The Librarian 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to scan internal services. The tool blocks obvious private destinations but passes alternate numeric IPv4 forms to Python's resolver, which converts them to internal addresses before issuing GET requests. An authenticated account can distinguish reachable ports from connection results, exposing internal service and cloud-instance metadata without changing data or interrupting service.
